All Items on our site include FREE DELIVERY throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland unless stated specifically on the advertised items page.
Most Larger items are on an approx. 3 to 5 day Free delivery with some smaller items a little quicker, if you have a specific delivery requirement, a particular day or time, please call our office on 0048 30257040 or 028 90998794, there may be an additional charge for specific requirements.

All Storage Heaters because of the weight are subject to a delivery cost depending on location

IMPORTANT – All items Must be checked for damage on receipt of delivery and either signed for as complete or signed for as damaged- Any Damage to Goods must be reported within 24 hours – After 24 hours we cannot accept responsibility for damage to goods as our Couriers impose the same conditions on ArcticNi.

Please NOTE if items are ordered incorrectly and delivered to your site/premises, a 25% restocking charge will be charged unless the correct item or similar item is ordered from our site.
